Job responsibilities

ensuring support and current operation of software, applied subsystems of ICS of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, databases, software complexes used in To the main administration;

providing technical support for holding hardware meetings, professional trainings, Internet conferences, etc.;

providing support for WEB-oriented subsystems and technical support for the provision of electronic services by means of the electronic services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;

within the scope of its powers, developing informational and methodological materials and conducting informational and explanatory work to ensure the effective functioning of information technologies and systems, that are exploited, participation in the organization and conduct of seminars, other training events on issues within the competence of the department;

within the scope of its competence, consideration of requests, appeals, statements and complaints of enterprises, institutions and citizens, identification and elimination of the reasons that lead to the filing of complaints by citizens. Ensuring the handling of documents in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions on record keeping;

ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the prevention of corruption.

Terms of payment

position salary - UAH 23,994. (taking into account the requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 25, 2023 No. 391 "Some issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies and local self-government bodies during martial law");

salary allowance for the rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 "Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies" (with changes);

an allowance for years of service in accordance with para. 2 and 4 of Clause 12 of the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated 03.12.2025 No. 4695-IX "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2026", the Law of Ukraine dated 10.12.2015 No. 889-VIII "On Civil Service", the Procedure for Calculating Length of Civil Service, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 25.03.2016 No. 229;

award in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Information on the term of appointment to a position

on a temporary basis, until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, or until the expiration of 12 months after the termination or cancellation of martial law
