Requirements:

Degree of higher education not lower than bachelor, junior bachelor.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in conducting special investigations of accidents and accidents at work and keeps records of them, analyzes their causes, prepares proposals for preventing such accidents and incidents.

• Executes separate assignments of the head of the Main Department and his deputies.

• Within the limits of his authority, he takes part in the organization and implementation of work on record keeping, staffing, storage, accounting and use of archival documents.

• Conducts consideration of appeals from executive authorities, public associations, enterprises, institutions and organizations, citizens from the area of ​​activity of the Investigation Department, as well as preparation of drafts of relevant decisions.

• Issues in accordance with the established procedure to employers, business entities, the management of the executive directorate of the universal state insurance fund mandatory orders to eliminate violations of the legislation on matters that are within the competence of the Investigation Department, and makes proposals for imposing disciplinary sanctions against officials guilty of violating the law.

• In the cases provided for by law, draws up protocols on administrative offenses, considers cases of such offenses and imposes administrative fines based on the results of their consideration, or forwards them for consideration to officials of the Main Department.
