The American company “Big City HVAC & Appliance Repair” is looking for responsible and executive candidates for the position of recruiter (HR). REMOTE FORMAT. (USA)
What do we do? The company provides repair services for household appliances and HVAC in 4 US states (our office is located in San Diego). We work in the areas of COD, Insurance and Property. We also have an online school, but more on that later)
WE urgently need an employee for the selection and adaptation of personnel.Responsibilities of our future specialist:
1. Searching and attracting candidates for various positions, including personal and linear selection;
2. Conducting interviews, interviews and evaluating candidates in accordance with the profile of the required employee;
3. Analysis of the employee’s qualifications according to the position held;
4. Interaction with all departments of the company;
5. Organizing and conducting adaptation for new employees.
What do we offer?
1. Rate $500, salary payment once a month;
2. Working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 California time (in Kyiv - this is evening time);
3. Pleasant, friendly atmosphere in the team.
What do you need to work with us?
1. Experience as a recruiter for at least 1 year;
2. Excellent communication skills;
3. Ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task;
4. Availability of resources for remote employment.
