Duties

• Implementation of state supervision (control) over compliance with legislation in the field of labor protection and industrial safety.
• Conducting investigation and accounting of accidents and incidents that are subject to special investigation, analysis of their causes, preparation of proposals for prevention of such accidents and incidents; carrying out technical investigations of the circumstances and causes of accidents related to the use of gas in everyday life, and also issues, based on the results of such investigations, binding decisions by executive authorities, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, and citizens.

Formation of reports and submission:

• reports on supervisory activity;

• weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and half-yearly reports to the department of organizational and analytical support;

• monthly reports, quarterly reports and a half-yearly report on industrial injuries to the department of investigation, analysis and accounting of accidents and industrial injuries;

• introduction to the integrated automated system of state supervision (control) determined by legislation on the measures of state supervision (control);

• formation into a single file of all administrative documents adopted during the implementation of each individual measure of state supervision (control), in the manner established by the central body of executive power, which ensures the formation of state policy in the field of supervision (control) in the field of economic activity.< /li>

Participating:

• in the work of commissions for investigation of industrial accidents;

• in the work of commissions for certification of specialists who have the right to carry out technical inspection and/or expert inspection of machines, mechanisms and equipment of increased danger;

• in the implementation of preventive measures and information and explanatory work on issues that belong to the Department's competence;

• in the work of the commission for the write-off of state-owned objects;

• in the work of the commission for checking knowledge on labor protection issues and in the qualification attestation of persons from professions, specialties and specializations related to work at objects with increasedlabor safety;

• in the work of other commissions, the formation of which is provided for by legislation;

• in the developers?? work plans and inspections of the Interregional Administration, within its competence; increasing the level of competence.

Compilation of protocols on administrative offenses in cases provided for by law, consideration of cases on such offenses and imposition of administrative fines.
