And we are currently reviewing the resumes of candidates for the position chief specialist of the department's project support and support group ground equipment and infrastructure.

Main duties:

• consolidation of needs for goods, in particular and not only, spare parts and equipment from the technical divisions of the company and the formation of a general list;
• work with the platform of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine (Aid Energy) in terms of publishing the list of needs, monitoring the status of aid provision, providing timely reporting;
• control over the process of receiving assistance, shipment and distribution between the Company's branches; entering data into the SAP 4 HANA system and providing timely data to the accounting and tax accounting department;
• active participation in the development of internal administrative documents for receiving and accounting for humanitarian aid at all stages;
• initiation and participation in meetings with international partners and donors.

Important for us:

• ability to work with SAP 4 HANA software;

• understanding and orientation in the main groups of goods supplied to the oil and gas industry; 

• negotiation skills; 

• the level of English language proficiency is not lower than Intermediate

Basic requirements:

• higher education (technical (oil and gas industry), law);
• work experience of at least 3 years in an oil and gas company or work in the direction of international cooperation.
