Main tasks:

• Formation, approval and control over the implementation of the needs plan;
• Formation of the procurement plan and schedule procurement;
• Control over changes to the procurement plan;
• Consolidation of information on subcontracts and purchases;

• Analytics and reporting;
• Creation of analytical dashboards.

Basic requirements:

• complete higher education (mathematics, statistics, economics);
• experience in analytical work, experience working with large volumes of data using SQL and/or Python;
• free orientation and use of Internet resources that are directly or indirectly related with procurement of goods, works and services (PROZORRO, DOZORRO, ZAKUPKI.PROM.UA;
• experienced PC user, in particular Excel, Power BI;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language, English will be translatedadvantage;
• ability to build dashboards in BI systems.
