We are looking for a Business Launch Manager who will complete all preparatory work, launch a business in Kyiv with the prospect of scaling.
Our project is an innovative art platform that supports Ukrainian art through promotion, popularization and sale of works of art. Our mission is to make Ukrainian art more accessible, recognizable and in demand. The business is in the final stage of preparation: the online platform and showroom are 80-90% ready, key contractors have been engaged and the core of the team has been formed.
Main responsibilities: p>
1. Completion of the launch and operational preparation:
• Coordination of the final works on the launch of the online platform (setting up the functionality for sales, UX/UI testing ).
• Showroom launch (design finalization, equipment, readiness for opening).
• Coordinating with contractors and preparing the platform for airing and first sales.
2. Development of business-development plan and strategy:
• Business update - a plan with a focus on development and profitability in the first year of operation.
• Development of a business growth strategy with gradual access to the entire market of Ukraine and international markets.
3. Replenishment of the team:
• Analysis of team needs and hiring of additional specialists (sales managers, customer service specialists, etc.).
• Formation of clear work processes and division of responsibilities in the team.
4. Attraction of strategic partners:
• Searching and concluding partnerships with players of the media market, real estate market, art and culture market (galleries, museums , artists, festivals).
• Cooperation with logistics operators to ensure delivery across Ukraine and abroad.
5. Marketing and promotion:
• Marketing campaign coordination before launch and after launch (SMM, contextual advertising, email marketing).
• Formation of a promotion strategy and expansion of the client base in Kyiv and beyond.
6. Performance tracking and reporting:
• Monitoring of key indicators (KPI): sales, average check, site traffic, conversions.
• Reporting to founders on project progress and proposed improvements.
Candidate requirements:
• Experience in launching and managing business projects (preferred to candidates with experience in retail or e-commerce).
• Art business experience a plus but not critical.
• Understanding of online platform development and support processes.
• Experience in recruitment and team management.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and experience working with contractors.
• High level of organizational skills, ability to work in a multitasking environment.
