Job duties

1. Conducting psychological testing of candidates for vacant positions of official and unofficial full-time employees, which include special titles of the State Security Service in accordance with the Procedure for conducting psychological testing of candidates for positions that include special titles of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine (hereinafter the Procedure):

• study of the candidate's social-psychological characteristics, individual-psychological characteristics of the candidate, motivational orientation;
• evaluation of the test results;
• compilation of the certificate on the results of the psychological test

2. Assessing the success of professional activity in accordance with the rating scale with the help of methods of practical psychology and psychodiagnostics by preparing the conclusions of the forecast of the success of professional activity according to the results of psychological testing in accordance with the Procedure.

3. Participation in the creation of a favorable psychological climate, formation of a corporate culture in the team, resolution of conflict situations

4. Participation:

in the organization of competitive selection in the BEB in accordance with the law;

in the organization of practical training of students in the BEB;

in the organization of work for civil servants and persons with special BEB titles;

• Higher education in the fieldof knowledge "Social sciences, journalism and information" in the specialty "Psychology", "Sociology";
• Practical work experience in the field of psychology - from 1 year
• Fluency in the state language;
• Fluency in foreign languages will be an advantage.
