- preparation of draft responses to letters (inquiries) regarding matters belonging to the competence department, in accordance with the rules of record keeping;

- ensuring verification of the authenticity of information regarding the application of prohibitions provided for in parts 3, 4 of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of Power"; 

- ensuring the conduct of a special inspection of persons applying for category "B" positions in the court apparatus;

- provision of advisory assistance to participants in the evaluation of the results of the official activities of civil servants of the court apparatus.< /p>
