For our part, it is important for us that you are a visionary, an extremely motivated strategist with strong leadership qualities and high communication skills, and also have:

• Successful work experience in the position of financial director from 3 years

• Expertise in implementing financial reporting and control (including P&L)

• Deep understanding of budgeting and financial planning processes

• Ability to solve non-standard tasks and make balanced decisions

• High level of communication and ability to build effective interaction

• Knowledge of English will be an advantage

Key tasks:

1. Strategic management of the company's financial vertical (accounting, economists, treasury);

2. Implementation and control of a complex financial reporting system (creation and control of the P&L system, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, analysis of financial indicators);

3. Development and implementation of the company's financial development strategy;

4. Budgeting and financial planning (development of annual/quarterly budgets, control of execution and adjustment of plans);

5. Optimization of financial processes and introduction of new control tools;

6. Ensuring effective interaction between company divisions;

7. Participation in strategic business development planning.

Expected results:

• 1st month: Conducting a complex financial audit and forming a clear plan for optimizing the company's financial processes;

• 3rd month: Implementation of the updated management reporting system and establishment of effective budgeting processes;

• 6th month: Demonstration of positive dynamics of key financial indicators and implementation of a long-term financial development strategy.
