Requirements: p>
- higher education (economic direction)
- work experience of 3 years for in the direction of financial monitoring / compliance
- knowledge of currency legislation, financial monitoring requirements and practical experience of their application
- experience analysis of currency transactions, contracts of clients and counterparties and technology of financial transactions
- experienced PC user, knowledge of ABS "Scrooge" will be an advantage
Main tasks:
- carrying out inspections according to the "Know your counterparty" procedure of potential and/or current counterparties
- verification of the actual activity and assessment of the business reputation of business entities (legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) during the conclusion of contracts for the provision of acquiring services payment instruments and in the process of providing such services
- ensuring the functioning of the currency supervision process, the Company's compliance with currency legislation and compliance of currency operations with the currency legislation of Ukraine.
