• Organization of personnel protection in offices and branches throughout Ukraine;
• Organization and implementation of civil protection measures at the enterprise, protection of personnel from the consequences of emergencies of a man-made, natural nature and military threats;
• Preparation of orders, instructions, emergency response plans, civil protection plans for a special period;
• Conducting introductory, primary and annual briefings on civil protection and fire security;
• Development of notification schemes and personnel evacuation plans under the threat of shelling;
• Communication with territorial divisions of the State Emergency Service on matters of civil protection and fire safety;
• Organization and control of compliance with fire safety requirements;

• In-depth knowledge of the Code of Civil Protection of Ukraine and Rules of fire safety in Ukraine, the requirements of DSTU and DBN.
• Knowledge of the requirements for the maintenance and operation of protective structures and the simplest shelters (in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 579).
• Experience in developing notification schemes and personnel evacuation plans under the threat of shelling.
