Functional responsibilities:

• Development of training programs
• Development of training programs in the field of cyber security in key areas: SOC / Security Operations, Pentesting / Offensive Security
• Formation of the structure of training modules, program logic and training sequence. Development of course descriptions, learning outcomes and competencies
• Educational and methodological materials
• Development of educational and methodological materials for teachers and students: methodological recommendations, presentations, educational cases, practical tasks.
• Preparation of structured materials for online learning
• Bank of tests and evaluations
• Development of a bank of student test questions for: internal testing, qualification center
• Development of the test structure: theoretical questions, practical cases, situational tasks
• Formation of test difficulty levels
• Validation of tests together with technical experts
• Support of the academic part of the project
• Methodical support of the operations director and CEO
• Cooperation with teachers for the adaptation of educational materials
• in academic matters
• Participation in the formation of Academy training standards
• Participation in the creation of new educational programs
• Updating educational materials in accordance with changes in the field of cyber security
• Working with teachers
• Formation of uniform methodological standards
• Helping teachers in structuring materials
• Control of the quality of training
• Analysis of the effectiveness of educational programs
• Introduction of changes to the structure of programs based on feedback
• Control of compliance of labor market programs.

Professional knowledge and skills /hard skills:

• Higher educationand in the field of: cyber security, information security, computer science, related IT areas It will be an advantage: teaching experience
• Experience in creating educational programs; experience in SOC or pentesting
• Confident PC user; GoogleWorkspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); CRM / ATS systems; messengers and video conferences (Teams, Zoom)
• Basic understanding of working with tables and reports.
