Main functional responsibilities:

• user support;
• administration of KSASK ProfitSoft;
• preparation of technical tasks for the implementation of new IT solutions;
• testing of new IT solutions;
• preparation of instructions for the use of IT systems;
• preparation descriptions business processes;

Requirements for the candidate:

• IT system administration skills;
• ability to support IT system users;
• training experience instructions/procedures;
