Main duties:

•Analysis of business requirements: Gathering and analyzing product requirements from internal teams and customers, identifying key business processes and user needs.

•Development of technical documentation: Creating a documentation describing the functional requirements, logic and scenarios of product use.

Product testing: Conducting testing of new features and updates to verify their compliance with business requirements, documenting errors and tracking their resolution with the development team.

     Collaboration with other teams: Maintaining constant communication with product managers, designers and developers to ensure accuracy of implemented solutions and compliance with business processes.

•Optimization of processes: Identifying opportunities for product improvement, helping to implement solutions that increase the efficiency of business processes and user experience.

Requirements for the candidate:

•Work experience: From 2 years as a business analyst, it will be an advantage if in the field of B2B SaaS products.

•Analysis and documentation skills: Knowledge of requirements gathering methodologies and creation of technical documentation, ability to structure complex information and create clear reports.

    •Testing experience: Understanding of product testing process, ability to perform manual testing and document results.

•Communication skills: High level of communication skills to effectively interact with other teams and clients.

•Tools: Experience with Github, Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.
