The main tasks that await you:
- Full the cycle of recruiting technical positions middle+ and higher.
- Cooperation with hiring managers regarding the opening of vacancies and matching the candidate's portrait.
- Using all possible search channels, we provide access to the necessary resources.
- Expansion networking and creating a personnel reserve, direct search.
Expected skills:
- At least 2 years of experience as a full-time technical recruiter cycle (from working with the hiring manager on the candidate portrait to the 1st working day).
- Experience in actively searching for technical specialists in various areas of Software and Embedded / Hardware development.
- Strong sourcing skills through various channels and experience in attracting passive candidates.
- Understanding the technical stacks of various specialist profiles, the desire to delve into technical details.
- Responsible attitude to work, strong communication skills, proactivity and critical thinking.
Important: Willing to consider candidates with less than 2 years experience as a technical recruiter and mentor a new team member.
