Duties:
- Ensuring verification of the validity of information regarding the application of the prohibitions provided for in parts three and four of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Purification of Power", preparation of a certificate on its results and ensuring the organization of a special verification of persons applying for positions in the Interregional Administration.
- Calculation of length of service and civil service of employees of the Interregional Administration and control over the establishment of seniority allowances.
- Preparation of draft orders on the secondment of employees of the Interregional Administration.
- Maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts:
- checking that citizens have military registration documents at the time of hiring (for conscripts - military tickets or temporary cards, and for conscripts - certificates of registration at conscription stations);
- permanence of constant control over the implementation by officials of the Interregional Administration of the established rules of military accounting and conducting relevant explanatory work.
- Implementation of work related to filling out, accounting and storage of personal files (personal cards) of employees of the Interregional Office.
- Familiarization of civil servants with the rules of internal service procedures of the Interregional Administration, job instructions and other documents with their signatures and the date of familiarization.
- Ensuring that a copy of the dismissal order, a duly completed employment book is issued to the dismissed person in the prescribed manner.
- Consideration of appeals from citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, sedimentary persons, requests and appeals of people's deputies, requests for information on personnel management issues, within the competence of the department.
