Purpose of the position: Effective management of communications with current customers, increasing conversion through the onboarding funnel, increasing customer use of bank services and products, reducing customer churn

Functional duties:

• monitoring the operation of the CRM system (Microsoft dynamics is desirable, but not mandatory), creating settings and implementing algorithms, eliminating possible problem
• search for possible methods of improving the CRM system
• analytics, work with statistical data, segmentation of customers
• building a system of communication with customers and distinguishing it
• together with business units, development and implementation of a one-month communication plan
• preparation of "cleaning" of the customer base, removal of unnecessary information and addition of necessary data
• preparation and sending of messages to clients
• planning, control, generation of reports on the activities carried out.
• formation of tasks for developers, copywriters, designers, marketing managers

Necessary qualification requirements:

• Experience as a CRM/retention manager or loyalty program manager
• Possibility of basic MySQL, HTML skills
• Experience in setting up CRM systems
• Experience in the financial niche will be an advantage
• Understanding and practical application of RFM, LTV and other relevant concepts and metrics.
