Chief specialist in the development and implementation of partner lending services (Product manager) in PrivatBank

Main Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research and searching for new solutions for "Payment in installments" and "Instant Installment" products
• Continuously improving the customer experience for end users and partners Bank
• Assessment of the business value of new proposals and initiatives
• Full cycle of development, launch and support of consumer lending development projects
• Preparation of technical tasks (TOR) and a clear description of tasks for IT departments
• Support of current services and processes by products
• Development of a system of additional escalations to solve critical issues issues
• Setting up and ensuring the effectiveness of control procedures within the framework of products
• Protection of consumer rights (both clients and Bank partners) in all processes

Basic requirements:

• Higher education ("Finance", "Banking", "Economics", "Management" or "Computer Engineering")
• Understanding the client environment of the country in terms of acquiring and lending for small, medium and corporate businesses
• Knowledge of the competitive environment and similar products of competitor banks
• Knowledge and ability to create high-quality technical tasks and clearly describe the requirements
• Project management:
  • Understanding the basics of Agile methodology
  • Experience in managing projects in Jira (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of the basics of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Skills to build effective communications and interact with representatives of different divisions of the Bank
• Knowledge of English at the level of Elementary (A2)
