What awaits you?
Monitoring the workload of customer support contact centers in real time;
Analysis of call center efficiency and productivity indicators;
Preparation of reports based on the analyzed data;
Written communication in English with contact center teams;
Access to tasks - 5 days a week, one day may be a weekend;

What do we expect from you?
ManagementPrevious experienced cooperation with customer support centers and developed MS Excel skills will be an advantage.
