responsibilities:

-to monitor the observance of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons on a permanent basis in given locations in accordance with the existing methodology; 

-to carry out regular monitoring of IDP stay and provide advisory assistance; 

-to recover state bodies that serve IDPs, the places of compact IDP settlement, IDPs aimed at IDPs, etc. Donomers

-to analyze and form reports based on information from other units
