InternationalSolidarity (SI) is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization that has been providing assistance to the population for more than 40 years victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters, providing the vital needs of food, water and shelter. In particular, SI is involved in the fight against diseases related to unsafe water, which is one of the leading causes of death in the world. SI provides expertise in access to drinking water, improved sanitation and hygiene, and food security and livelihoods. With a presence in approximately twenty countries, SI teams—a total of 2,000 people made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent headquarters staff and volunteers—work with professionalism and dedication while respecting cultures.

The Chief Program Manager (hereinafter - Multisectoral PM)supports Solidarites International (SI) teams in Ukraine, in particular at the base level in Mykolaiv for achieving overall operational results, focusing on Multisectoral activities (WASH and SHELTER, as well as Emergency Response).
Together with the Field Coordinator and the Multisectoral PM team, provides operational support and oversight of projects implemented by the organization by direction. In addition, the Chief Program Manager helps manage SI projects in multi-sectoral activities, including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene and Housing by monitoring results, reporting, identifying lessons learned and disseminating lessons learned to SI staff as well as sector partners and donors .
Multisectoral PM is also involved in the development and implementation of SI technical strategies on WASH and shelter for the areas covered by the base.

< ul>Oworld: technical education, related to water supply/sanitation/health care or construction/civil engineering will be an advantage.
Experience: experience in managing WaSH&Shelter projects and representing a humanitarian cluster , partnerships and relations with national/local authorities (project management)
Experience of working in an INGO or a local non-governmental organization for at least 1 year.
Knowledge< languages: English - C1 and above, Ukrainian Knowledge of IT programs /strong>: Microsoft Office/Teams. Autocad or similar software would be an advantage
Qualification: experience writing proposals and reports.
Personal qualities: Team management experience.

Contract: fixed-term employment contract (according to Ukrainian legislation)

PROFILE FORSAKEN
Studies: Technical diploma or certificate related to Water/Sanitation/Public Health or Building/civil engineering will be an asset.
Experience: Experience on Project management and on Humanitarian Cluster representation, Partnerships and relations with National/Local Authorities. Experience on working in INGO or Local NGO.
Language: English - C1 and above, Ukrainian
IT: Microsoft Office package/ Teams. Autocad or related software will be an asset.
Qualification: Experience on proposal and reporting writing.
Soft skills: Experience on team management and capacity building.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Place of work: office in Central part of the Mykolaiv city, possible business trips to Mykolaiv, Kherson regions.
Contract: fixed-term contract (according to Ukrainian legislation)
