Development and implementation of new business processes, as well as optimization of existing ones.
Management of the annual budget with regular quarterly update.

Continuous improvement of the organizational structure

4. Automation and analytics of People processes:
Implementation of modern technologies for HR automation

5. Research and implementation of market trends:
Regular analysis of the labor market, wages and new trends in SF
Implementation of advanced HR practices to increase the company's competitiveness.
6. Working with the employer brand
Development and promotion of EVP (Employee Value Proposition)
