We are looking for a Chief People Officer who dreams of influencing the development of culture in a large-scale company, as well as getting involved in building an ambitious Ukrainian product. 



What do we expect?


  • 5 years of experience in a similar position.

  • In-depth knowledge of modern technologies and human resources management tools.

  • Successful experience in the implementation of the evaluation, training and development system of talents

  • Practical experience of using the methodology of researching the involvement and satisfaction of employees with the implementation of measures for their improvement.

  • Experience of implementing a strategic planning system , including OKRs.

  • Expertise in developing and promoting the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and employer brand.

  • Skills in creating and ToV support (Tone of Voice) for internal and external communications.

  • Orientation on a data-driven approach in working with People processes.

  • Analytical mindset, strategic thinking and developed leadership skills.

What will you be? do?



  1. Business process management:

  • Development and implementation of new business processes, as well as optimization of existing ones.

  • Management of the annual budget with regular quarterly update.


2. Talent management:


  • Development of employee attraction, development and retention strategies.

  • Increasing the involvement and satisfaction of employees, implementing changes through effective initiatives.

  • Continuous improvement of the organizational structure

3. Corporate culture and interaction:


  • Formation and strengthening of corporate culture that promotes effective team interaction.

    Implementation of programs that support company values ​​and create a comfortable working environment.


4. Automation and analytics of People processes:


  • Implementation of modern technologies for HR automation

  • Using a data-driven approach to making strategic decisions.


5. Research and implementation of market trends:

  • Regular analysis of the labor market, wages and new trends in SF

  • Implementation of advanced HR practices to increase the company's competitiveness.


6. Working with the employer brand


  • Development and promotion of EVP (Employee Value Proposition)

  • Strengthening the company's position as an attractive employer on the market
