Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey.

We are establishing R&D center in Kyiv and looking for talents to join our team. We expect this manager to work closely with the team’s current Product Owners, Delivery and Project managers, Architects while owning the engineering roadmap and providing career guidance to the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR guidance and solutions that align with those objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights on organizational and people-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent, participating in interview panels as needed.
  • Onboarding and offboarding; conducting 1-to-1 meetings
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on leadership and people management skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, address concerns, and propose improvements.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, supporting the rollout of new processes, policies, and programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, incorporating them into the organization’s strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leaders to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • High level of self-organization — responsibility, time management, structure.
  • Critical thinking and ability to understand business needs
  • At least Upper-intermediate English.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
