The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will manage the online lending business, which includes: Creating and managing online loans; Managing the call center; Building the verification process, service center, and telephone sales; Managing the collection process; Achieving financial indicators; Credit portfolio management; Marketing coordination; Search and integration with data providers to create a risk model; Local team management and coordination; Coordination of digital solution development and issuance process automation; Analysis of the current local market and study of legislative and accounting regulations What is needed to become a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in our company: The possibility of relocation outside of Ukraine, and the possibility of working in Malaysia for at least 10 months a year; 4 years of experience as the head of a company or a separate division; Experience of working in international projects and management of distributed teams; Willingness to take responsibility for the P&L of the project; Understanding of IT solution development processes for business tasks; English not lower than Intermediate; Structured approach, consistency, analytical mindset; Entrepreneurial experience, experience in own business will be a plus, startup management, consulting projects, experience in financial organizations, experience as a product owner or product manager, experience in a team, managing a call center.
