Chief Operating Officer (COO) in VLADOVA brand

VLADOVA is a Ukrainian fashion brand that is actively growing and moving to a new stage of development. We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will help systematize the business, build efficient processes and become a strategic partner of the owner.

This is a role for a person who thinks systematically, makes decisions quickly and knows how to transform chaos into a clear operating model.

Main tasks:

• Building and implementation of effective business processes and regulations
• Organization and control of the company's operational activities
• Team formation, development and management
• Increasing the effectiveness of the team through a systematic approach
• Building a transparent reporting system and analytics
• Financial planning and cost control
• Sales development and brand preparation for scaling
• Launch and development of partnerships (showrooms, brands, contractors)
• Working with fabric suppliers and production partners
• Implementation of strategic goals of the owner.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of COO / operations manager / project manager from 1-2 years
• Experience in managing a team and operational processes
• Ability to build and optimize business processes
• Strong leadership qualities and systems thinking
• Ability to make decisions quickly and take responsibility
• Skills in setting tasks and monitoring execution
• Experience in financial planning and cost control
• Resistance to stress and orientation to results
• Understanding the women's clothing market.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in fashion brands / garment manufacturing / retailing

Conditions:

• Full employment
• Salary: UAH 50,000
• Motivation review after the trial period (possible % of the result)
• Trial period — 3 months
