About the organization

GO "Come out to play" (https://www.comeoutandplay.ngo/) is a leading organization in the field of psychosocial support through sports for children, youth and vulnerable populations affected by war. We work in Dnipro, Buch, Irpen and other cities, implementing projects aimed at rehabilitation, community development and creating a safe space for psychosocial support.

Role Description

Main responsibilities

1. Operational management:

   • Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the organization, including planning, budgeting and monitoring the performance of tasks.
   • Development, implementation and monitoring of operational policies, procedures and standards.
   • Risk management and ensuring efficient use of resources.

2. Project management:

3. Control over the implementation of the organization's projects in accordance with approved deadlines, budgets and standards.
4. Interaction with donors, partners and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and efficiency projects.

5. Teamwork and leadership:

   • Supporting the team in achieving key performance indicators ( KPIs).
   • Mentoring for department heads, support for their professional development.
   • Ensuring communication between different units of the organization.
6. < p>Financial management:
   • Control over compliance with budgets and financial discipline of the organization.
   • Participation in the preparation of financial statements and interaction with the accountant.

7. Innovation and strategic development:

   • Participation in the development and implementation of the long-term strategy of the organization.
   • Initiation of new projects and programs for expansion influence of the organization.

Requirements for the candidate

1. Education and experience:

   • Higher education in the field of management, social sciences, administration or related fields.
   • Experience in non-profit will be an advantage sector.

2. Skills:

   • Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
   • High level of organizational skills and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
   • Experience in the development of strategies and budgets.
   • Excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders parties.

3. Knowledge:

   • In-depth understanding of the work of public organizations, including financing, project management and reporting.
   • Understanding the specifics of working with vulnerable populations, veterans and children will be an advantage. >
