We are currently looking for a COO (Chief Operating Officer), a person who will help us take operational processes to a new level so that every trip becomes a perfect experience for customers.
Your role:
COO is a person who knows how to turn chaos into processes and ideas into results. You will be a key link between the team, customers and partners.
Your responsibilities:
Strategic management:
- Operational improvement company processes.
- Planning and implementation of business scaling.
Travel coordination:
- Organization of work of marketing, sales, reservation and travel departments.
- Control of schedule, budget and service quality.
Automation and process improvement:
- Implementation of automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Constant monitoring and optimization of KPIs.
Working with a team
- Building a strong and motivated team.
- Developing leaders and building effective interaction.
WOW customer service:
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Active participation in the improvement of travel programs.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience: 3+ years in management positions (CEO, Operations manager) in the field of tourism or service
- Strong hard skills in the areas of finance, marketing, sales and building processes.
- Multitasking: you know how to juggle tasks and keep everything under control.
- Initiative: you always look for solutions, not excuses.
- Teamwork: you can organize the work of others, leaving room for creativity.
- Flexibility: ready to adapt to rapid changes.
- Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level (required).
