Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in Lead Team IT

Our client, a multi-country, private label family shopping chain, is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their team.

Candidate Requirements:

Higher or additional education or marketing certifications preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience work in the field of marketing, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Excellent knowledge of the principles and methods of marketing research, strategic planning and analysis.

Ability to analyze the competitive environment and determine market trends.

Experience in conducting successful PR campaigns, working with reputational risks.

Experience in working with omnichannel marketing and understanding the principles of digital marketing, SMM, SEO and content marketing.

Excellent planning and budgeting skills. Team management experience, ability to motivate and develop employees.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy and development concept.

Analysis of the competitive environment and monitoring of the target audience. Initiation of necessary changes to support the company's competitiveness.

Planning and budgeting of marketing department expenses.

Organization of omnichannel positioning of the company and brand.

Management of the team and marketing activities.

Search and analysis of new locations for trade points.

Improving the format and appearance of stores and the online store.

Optimization and automation of internal and external processes.

Ensuring objective reporting.

Development of the concept and organization of PR work to support the positive image of the company.
