The head of information technology management is responsible for organizing the work of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch's information systems, developing the company's IT infrastructure in accordance with the branch's architecture, and supporting users. The position involves managing a team, working with projects and interacting with management and business units.

Requirements for the candidate

Education

• Higher technical education in in the field of information technology, computer science, system engineering or related areas.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the IT field in technical positions.
• From 1 year of experience in managing an IT team or technical division.
• Experience in implementing IT projects (infrastructure, cloud, security).

Professional competencies

• Knowledge of server OS (Windows Server, Linux), network technologies, principles virtualization.
• Understanding cloud services (Microsoft 365/Azure or similar).
• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM/HRM or other corporate systems.
• Ability to read technical documentation, prepare regulations and instructions.

Management competencies

• Setting goals, controlling the quality of IT services.

Personal qualities

• Responsibility and initiative.
• Analytical approach to solving problems.
• Resistance to stress, ability to work at a fast pace.
• Orientation on results and service approach.

Main duties

• Organization of IT management work: planning, assignment of tasks, execution control, team development.
• Ensuring stable operation of the serverin, network infrastructure, user equipment and business applications.
• Implementation of new IT solutions, management of IT projects, infrastructure modernization.
• Organization of technical support for users and improvement of IT service level.
• Management of purchases of IT equipment, software and services, interaction with suppliers.
• Preparation and control IT?budget.
• Formation and maintenance of technical documentation, regulations and procedures.
• Interaction with the management and other divisions of the company to determine IT?needs and support business?processes.
