We are looking for a Chief Manager of Rewards and Motivation (Manager) who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.
We seek to find a purposeful professional who is able to work in a multitasking mode, with excellent communication skills, focused on quality and results.
Main duties:
- Analyzes the effectiveness of applying existing forms and systems of remuneration, material and non-material incentives, and preparation of a proposal for their improvement
- Develops and participates in the implementation and optimization of effective systems of motivation and stimulation of the Bank's personnel, aimed at increasing the interest of employees, on the one hand, and the economic efficiency of the Bank, on the other
- Develops models and supports the process of bank-wide revision of salaries of Bank employees in accordance with market trends and within the framework of internal regulations documents
- Develops and forms internal management reporting on issues of remuneration and motivation of the Bank's staff
- Develops technical tasks and supports the process of rewarding Bank employees for performance of KPE within the limits of their competences and the area of responsibility of the Management
- Builds and supports grade systems (job descriptions and evaluation, creation of job families) and salary systems on the basis of grades
Basic requirements:
- Higher education (Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market, Economics, Accounting and Taxation, Applied Mathematics)
- 7+ years of work experience in the field of personnel management, specifically in the area of compensation and motivation
- Experience working with large amounts of numerical data
- Experience in preparing analytical reports and skills in working with Google Sheets
- Skills in managing and working in several projects at the same time, ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodology, Hay Group grade system
- Skills in preparation and implementation presentations
- Ability to work at a fast pace under rapidly changing circumstances. The ability to adapt and solve complex tasks in stressful situations
