• Experience as a personnel inspector;< /li>
• Knowledge of standards of personnel records and labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Experience of conducting personnel records in large companies;
• Experience of working with shift schedules and summary accounting of working hours;
• Knowledge of legislation regarding military accounting and practical skills of full-fledged military accounting at the enterprise;
• Experienced PC user (MS Office), 1C;
• Attention, responsibility

Functional duties:

• Working with the Company's personnel document flow, managing personnel procedures (admissions, dismissals, transfers, vacations, business trips, etc.); keeping personnel records in 1s; archiving personnel documents;
• Forming and management of personal files of the Company's employees;
• Admission of new employees in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the Company's internal procedures, verification documents;
• Keeping records of work books, making entries in them;
• Entering all data into the personnel accounting system.
