Main Responsibilities:
Managing the recruiting process to close C-level roles for client companies in various industries (IT, manufacturing, FMCG and etc.).
Development of effective candidate search strategies together with the Talent Sourcing team.
Communication with clients to clarify needs and expectations at all stages of the recruiting process.
Preparation and presentation of recruitment progress reports, market analysis for clients and stakeholders.
Identification and resolution of potential problems that may arise during the recruiting process, maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service at every stageand works.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in in the field of recruiting with a focus on finding executives, middle and C-level managers, mainly for non-technical roles.
Experience in a recruiting agency will be an advantage;
Ability to communicate effectively with clients at various levels, including top management.
Knowledge of basic recruitment tools and methodologies, experience with ATS.
Knowledge of the English language - from intermediate and above;
High level of organization, results orientation and ability to provide quality service for clients and candidates.
