Our team has an open position for Chief specialist in financial planning and analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Development and updating of the financial model for management reporting
• Active participation in projects to automate the process of preparing financial statements and other financial directorate processes
• Implementation of the idea of introducing AI into the processes of the financial directorate to increase the efficiency of the financial service -
• Formation of calculation in the model of three forms of reporting, taxes, direct method of cash flows for the fact and plan
• Implementation of planning of financial indicators for operations of agro trading, import of diesel and petroleum products
• Performance of financial operations planning, calculation of the cost of capital and credit portfolio
• Formation of consolidated presentation materials for management reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Performance of research and analysis within the framework of the formation of materials for attracting financing (internal and external).

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field, CFA certificate as a plus
• From 2 years of work as a financial analyst
• Knowledge of the English language at an above average level
• Strong analytical abilities
• Basic understanding of the energy market in Ukraine
• Basic understanding of trading processes and key trends in international energy markets
• Ability to quickly learn and solve business cases and structure the problem
• Ability to negotiate with counterparties
