Our financial team already includes 15 specialists from different areas and we are currently looking for a Financial Director (CFO), who will lead the financial direction of the company and will become a key partner of the CEO in ensuring stable business development. Our ideal candidate is a specialist who is able to integrate financial processes into the strategic development of the company, ensuring its financial stability and transparency of all processes. What is included in the duties: Development and implementation of financial strategies to ensure the sustainable development of the company; Control of financial activities, budget management and financial planning; Preparation of financial statements, analysis of results and presentation of conclusions to management; Management of financial flows, investment analysis, calculation of economic efficiency of projects; Ensuring compliance with financial disciplines and fulfillment of tax obligations; Control of accounting work and automation of financial accounting; Interaction with banks, tax authorities, investors and other financial institutions; Development and implementation of measures to minimize financial risks; Organization of inventories, management of the structure of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs Management of the financial division of the company and improvement of its work efficiency. What we expect from your experience: Experience work in the position of financial director or a similar position - at least 5 years, necessarily in a group of companies with an extensive corporate structure; Confident command of 1C and/or similar programs; Knowledge of cash flow management processes, experience in liquidity management; Experience of interaction with audit and controlling bodies; Ability to develop reporting forms and present results; High level of technical skills in working with large volumes of data in business conditions with intensive by transaction flow;ACCA – fully qualified or active learning (preferred);Experience in airline, related industries or retail - would be a significant advantage but not requiredlevel of English from Intermediate and above. It will be a plus: Experience in automating processes and managing financial systems; Ability to form economic calculations and quickly plan financial activities; Preparation of financial plans for different periods (week, month, quarter, year).
