< strong style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal">Functional duties:

• Adaptation of new employees according to the branch's work model;
• Training of employees in the Bank's banking products, KYC and SSM Tools;
• Continuous NCT training and implementation;
• Formation of specialists in active sales skills, coaching;
• Improving the quality of customer service (increasing the CRI indicator);
• Preparation and support of the Bank's micro-marketing campaigns in branches;
• Filling in the Checklist and feedback after the visit to the branch;
• Update of scripts for clients based on practical experience;
• Preparation of presentation materials for training;
• Conduct and systematize online/offline trainings for managers/CA by necessity;
• Participation in regular meetings with department employees, control over task setting.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher economic;
• Educational and qualification level: master (specialist);
• Knowledge of the English language at the level of at least "Intermediate";
• Driver's license - category B;
• Experience in the field (banking sector from three years).
