Chief engineer of the project (GIP at the Architectural Bureau) in ARKHO GROUP

What we expect from the candidate:

• Full higher education in the relevant field of training (master's, specialist) in the field of construction or engineering
• having a valid qualification certificate of the GIP will be an advantage (design engineer of the 1st category or leading in accordance with the class of consequences CC2/CC3)
• Experience in the profession, in the position of a leading engineer or chief engineer - not less than 5 years
• Design experience in a BIM environment
• A confident user of Autodesk Revit (at the level of model verification, solution analysis).
• Proficiency in coordination and verification tools of collisions (for example, Navisworks).
• Deep knowledge of DBN, DSTU, legislation of Ukraine in the field of design and construction
• Orientation in modern materials, technologies, equipment and engineering systems. Modern knowledge, including European solutions and trends in design, the ability to introduce cutting-edge, relevant engineering solutions into projects. 700">Technical guidance and design (in the BIM environment)
  • Implementation of technical guidance over the developers of internal and external networks during the design of the object.
  • Formation of technical tasks (TOR) for related departments (designers, engineers-designers of internal and external networks) and subcontracting organizations.
  • Coordination and verification of engineering solutions in the BIM model
  • Ensuring compliance of the developed documentation, TK, KTR, state standards, norms and technical conditions (TU).
  • Selection and justification of the principle schemes of engineering support of the object, equipment and materials, taking into account energy efficiency and economic expediency.
  • Development of the engineering concept of the object (if necessary).
  • Development of the EMP for the station (if necessary).
  • Participation and coordination of the process of developing the necessary technical and economic justifications and calculations.
  • Optimization of project solutions of all sections of the project, including external networks. Preparation and issuance of questionnaires for obtaining specifications, analysis of received specifications before starting design.

  Organization of processes and expertise

  • Preparation of data for concluding contracts with customers (in the engineering part), participation in drawing up calendar plans for the release of project documentation.
  • Collection and analysis of initial data for design (Technical conditions for connecting networks, design tasks, etc.).
  • Protection of project decisions in state examination bodies and state institutions.
  • Elimination of examination comments before obtaining a positive conclusion examinations.
  • If available, elimination of comments to the project documentation from DIAM/DABI.
  • Control over the completeness and quality of the project documentation before issuingovnik: review and approval of project documentation from partners and subcontractors, initial quality control of project documentation.
  • Increasing the personal level of qualification and awareness through training in new engineering technologies, methods and tools used in the design of residential and public facilities in Europe and the USA (training courses, seminars, presentations, exhibitions on relevant topics, literature, relevant sources on the Internet, etc.).

  Interaction and communication

  • Close cooperation with the head of the group of architects, designers, associates and Subcontractors to ensure the timeliness, quality and optimality of project solutions.
  • Conducting regular internal coordination meetings, resolving complex conflicts and controversial issues between sections.
  • Participation in meetings with the Customer, contractors and technical supervision.
  • Data entry, task planning and communication support in the project management environment (Worksection or analogue).
  • Participation in the planning of labor costs of engineering departments and the estimation of time budgets for new projects.
  • Mentoring and technical support of less experienced engineers, promoting the improvement of team qualifications.
