Functional tasks:

• Ensuring user service in the event of situations that require the assistance of information technology specialists;
• Performing operational maintenance of general purpose computer equipment, telecommunications equipment, server equipment;
• Ensuring continuous operation of the local computer and information network;
• Diagnostics of computer, telecommunications equipment, means of communication in order to identify and eliminate possible causes of equipment failure, replace equipment in case of failure to eliminate malfunctions;
• Install, update, support and administer system and office software provision on workstations, users' portable computers and servers, configuration of peripheral devices.

• Work experience from 4 years;
• Higher education in the field of knowledge "Mathematics and statistics", "Information technologies";
• To be able to analyze and control abnormal situations in the operation of technological computers, network equipment of a local computer network;
• To ensure a quick determination of the causes of critical situations, their clear localization and the definition of applied tasks that this critical situation can affect;
