We are inviting a Chief Project Engineer to the service of the customer for the Fine Town residential complex

MAIN TASKS:

• Managing construction project implementation from concept development to commissioning (drawings)

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Compilation of specifications for the general designer
• Analysis of accepted engineering , design, architectural solutions, etc.
• Technical management of project works (general designer and neighbors) on the part of the customer's service
• Control of project solutions and linking of all engineering sections together with engineering and tender departments
• Coordination of the project in all instances and state bodies. examinations
• Control of development, verification and issuance of design documentation for construction according to schedules
• Control of compliance with the requirements of current legislation

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE :

• Availability of implemented projects from concept development to commissioning (large cottage township, shopping center, residential complex)
• Experience in conducting design (control) in parallel with construction
• Higher technical education (preferably PCB)
• Experience in the technical department of customer service or project organization
• Ability to work with several projects at the same time
• Confident user of PC and office equipment
• Ability to work in a team, responsibility
• Knowledge of major equipment manufacturers
