We will be delighted if you :

• Have higher education
• You have 3 years of work experience in a similar position (construction of objects of 3-5 complexity categories - residential and public buildings)
• You can independently lead large projects from the moment of developing a technical solution up to the moment of commissioning
• You know design technologies
• You use Navisworks, a standard set of office programs
• Have a qualification certificate of the GIP (will be an advantage)
• Have knowledge in the field of external engineering networks
• Able to work in a team

• Interaction with the Customer and subcontracting organizations at all stages of project management
• Checking and analysis of project documentation
• Organization, planning and control of the work of engineers, subcontracting organizations
• Control over the fulfillment of the requirements of the current legislation
• Compilation and approval of schedules for issuing design and estimate documentation
• Approval of the project in state bodies and examination bodies
