Riviera Estate, a developer of country cottages premium class, invites the Chief Project Engineer to the team

Main duties:

• development of technical tasks for the design of external water supply networks, electricity supply, gas supply , low-current networks;
• checking projects of external water supply networks, electricity supply, gas supply and low-current networks for compliance with technical tasks;
• preparation of tender tasks and analysis of received data from contractors and equipment manufacturers;
• support of installation organizations (solving issues that arise during installation with the designer and installer);
• project support (coordinating decisions at DTEK);
• development of concepts of engineering networks of new sites taking into account the experience of the operating company;
• control during the development of the master plan regarding the accounting of all available or promising engineering networks;
• performing an analysis of proposed solutions or equipment from various suppliers and manufacturers of works;
• giving a task to connect plots to engineering networks to building designers and coordinating the developed projects.

Requirements:

• higher technical education;
• 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of project management;
• knowledge of construction norms and standards;
• communication and leadership qualities;
• ability to make decisions.
