Chief engineer (industrial construction) in Slavdorstroy, OOO

• Higher education (engineering and technical);
• perfect knowledge of PC;
• 5 years of experience in a similar position (industrial construction);
• perfect skills in working with technical and project documentation;
• knowledge of engineering systems of residential and non-residential buildings;
• knowledge of the rules of operation buildings, principles of operation of engineering systems and equipment;
• knowledge of building regulations and DBN;
• decent, ready to active work on objects of various complexity.
• experience and ability to organize work on a construction site, ability to negotiate with the customer;
• preparation of acts of completed works.

Responsibilities:

• organization of the creation of a project of construction, assembly and finishing works from scratch to commissioning of the facility.
• tracking the current state of construction objects;
• organization and support of the full cycle of construction of objects;
• coordination of work by subcontractors;
• technical supervision of construction and assembly works;
• control project and estimate documentation.
