MAIN TASKS

• Comprehensive assessment of physical conditions, social aspects and existing support systems for residents.
• Preparation of proposals for improving the accessibility and comfort of the environment based on the analysis.
• Conducting trainings, seminars and informational sessions for staff to increase their awareness of inclusion.
• Creation and implementation of programs aimed at ensuring harmonious coexistence of residents.
• Regular monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and programs.

• Providing advice on adapting the environment and organizing activities to support inclusion.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the field of inclusion, social work or project management .
• Deep understanding of the principles of accessibility and universal design.
• High level of communication and organizational skills.
• Experience of conducting educational events or trainings.
• Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures.
• Knowledge of the basics of the regulatory framework in the field of inclusion (will be an advantage).
