Functional tasks:

• Performance of on-site and off-site control measures on matters within the competence of the unit;
• Formation and documentation of control results on matters within the competence of the unit;
• Analysis of information, obtained as a result of the control measures implemented;
• Participation in the development of a legal and methodological framework for issues within the competence of the unit;
• Systematization and analysis of documents, reports received from participants in the electronic payment system and information tasks of the National Bank.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Practical experience of internal/external audit of information security or information technology issues in the banking system or other industry;
• Experience of working in the banking system by direction "information security", "cyber security", "audit";
• Knowledge and skills in the practical application of regulations of the National Bank and/or national/international standards and world practices on information security, cyber protection and risk management.;
• Full higher education in the field of information technologies, cyber security, computer science;
• The level of English is not lower than A2;
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of the features of the functioning and organization of the construction of systems used to ensure information security, understanding of the main processes of the bank's work, their purpose, features. Knowledge of the legal framework and procedure for the functioning of banks in Ukraine, based on the experience of working in the National Bank or banks of Ukraine.
