What is this opportunity about?
This role builds Pharmbills lead pipeline through strategic partnerships, targeted outreach campaigns, affiliate programs and event participation. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to translate research, campaigns and partnership activity into qualified leads and measurable results. Accuracy, repeatability and process accountability are key; when the data is clean and the partnerships work, the quality of the pipeline increases manifold.

What will you do?
- Conduct contact research and populate lead databases according to ICP (jobs, email, phones, company size, tech stack)
- Use Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to find and verify high-quality contacts
- Maintain “data hygiene” ensuring bounce rate at 1-5% and correct segmentation
- Identify, launch and onboard 3-5 new marketing partnerships per month (media, influencers, affiliates, community, events)
- Negotiate with partners, set up tracking and report on results and ROI
- Prospect and support B2B and B2C email campaigns and automation together with content and design teams
- Assist in launch and follow-up managing affiliate partners; track conversions and optimize ROI
- Search for relevant events (job fairs, meetups, conferences), build campaign infrastructure (email, landing pages, data flows) and collect qualified leads (MQLs) before, during and after activations
- Provide a clear hand-off of leads to Sales and maintain transparent dashboards and notes
What we expect from you?
- Experience with Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar sales-intelligence tools
- High level of proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation)
- Impeccable attention to detail - you notice the wrong number in a 10-digit number
- Comfort in monotonous, precise tasks and discipline in adherence to processes (data hygiene is your super skill)
- Knowledge of email campaign tools and basic CRM processes (segmentation, tags, hand-off)
- Experience with affiliate tracking and basic performance optimization (advantage)
- Strong written and spoken English (B2+) and clear communication with international teams. stable high-speed internet and a reliable computer.
- Time crossing with the US time zone (Eastern Time) is required occasionally for calls or campaign coordination.
