Customer service specialist at the branch Bank.

Purpose of the position — Offering high-quality accounting -cash service for the Bank's clients — legal entities and individuals, offering a full range of services.

Requirements:

• Higher completed/unfinished/secondary special education.
• Experience of working as an operator\cashier\economist in the financial sphere from 1 year.
• Presentable appearance.
• Be customer-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Current customer service of the Bank — currency exchange, payment of utility bills, money transfers, repayment of loans, etc.
• Informing the client about the Bank's new products/services during its servicing.
• Maintenance of deposit accounts of individuals in the national and foreign currencies.
• Carrying out currency control when receiving documents from clients for the transfer/receipt of money transfers using the appropriate payment systems with which the Bank works.
• Management of document management, prompt resolution of issues that arose for the client during the service process.
• Accounting support opening/closing of the banking day, setting up the operating cash register in accordance with the established procedure in the Bank.
