Chat support operator (remote) in Alfa-Bezpeka

Alfa-Bezpeka is a modern security company that cares about the peace and safety of its customers. We are developing digital support and are looking for a chat support operator who will help users quickly and clearly solve problems.

Your task is:

Communicate with customers in chat: answer questions, give information and help solve problems, record requests and transfer difficult questions to the appropriate departments, maintain a pleasant atmosphere of communication even through text and help the team to improve processes support.

What is needed for a successful start

• The ability to communicate calmly and politely with people;

• A computer or laptop for work;

• The desire to help and quickly learn new things.

Previous experience in support or sales is not necessary.
