• Computer knowledge at the level of a confident user;
• Ability to work with Google Sheets;
• Knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level will be a plus.

Tasks:

• Communication with users (in writing + sometimes by phone);
• Work in a flexible schedule (there are night shifts);
• User support - answers to customer requests;
• Maintenance of documentation, reporting.
