Your mission

• Answer customer requests in chats and messengers.

• Keep track of requests in the CRM system.

What are we looking for?

• No experience? We will teach from scratch!

• Interest in communications or customer service.

• Attention and ability to listen to the customer.

• Willingness to learn CRM and support tools.

• Basic PC skills are a plus.
