Chat support operator in B'yuter

We work in the wholesale trade of perfumes and every day we help our partners to give people more than just a product.
 
We are looking for a chat operatorsupport to join the team, who will be responsible for processing online orders. The job is NOT remote!

Terms and benefits:
• Salary — from 32,000 UAH, as well as additional bonuses
• Work schedule 4/2, 5/2, floating weekends.
• If desired, you can develop in other areas of the company.
• Team and management support for all employees questions.
• Paid training, during which you will familiarize yourself with the processes and learn how to work with orders in practice.

Tasks:
• Processing of orders received through the site and various messengers (Viber, Instagram, Telegram).
• Interaction with workers engaged in assembly and control of the order fulfillment process.
• Clarification of possible product replacements, delivery details and payment methods.
